He holds multiple specialized cer
David Allen brings more than 25 years of experience in emergency services, including a decade in law enforcement. David has trained and evaluated officers across every critical skill required for duty readiness—firearms, hand-to-hand tactics, close-quarters battle, emergency driving, and medical response. He holds multiple specialized certifications, including SWAT, Tactical Rifle, and CQB, along with EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) certification. David focuses on rifle, tactical, and CQB instruction.
