Emily is an NRA Certified Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, and Tennessee State Instructor who has been teaching since 2012. She also serves as a USCCA Certified Instructor and Range Safety Officer, a Tennessee licensed Armed Guard, and an Armed Guard Trainer. With more than 20 years of teaching and training experience, she delivers instruction that is both classroom-focused and range-ready. Holding a doctorate in Social Psychology, Emily blends academic expertise with real-world application to provide clear, engaging, and practical training in firearms safety, de-escalation, and protective services.

David has trained and evaluated officers across every critical skill required for duty readiness—firearms, hand-to-hand tactics, close-quarters battle, emergency driving, and medical response.
He holds multiple specialized certifications, including SWAT, Tactical Rifle, and CQB, along with EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) certification.David focuses on rifle, tactical, and CQB instruction.

He also has an in depth knowledge of firearm mechanical function, assembly, and operation. Born and raised in East Tennessee, Ethan is a graduate from ETSU and a father of one.
