The following Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Terms”) between you and this website and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or ”our”) governing your use of our website(s) and other services or content available through the previous (collectively, the “Services”). 

Please read these terms of use carefully. By purchasing products, using the Services, or otherwise indicating your assent to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us, and (3) you have the authority to enter into the Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent). If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Services or order or purchase any products.

The information on this website will change regularly. We are not responsible for misprints, typos, or incorrect information. We are not liable for any third-party website information through advertisement or referral links that may be inaccurately displayed or subject to change. Any pricing, payment, material, or content discrepancies should be taken up directly with that product or service. 

Intellectual Property Rights

No information on this website, including written or photographic content, may be used without our consent. If you share any content from this website on social media, ensure the corresponding social handle is included.

The opinions expressed here by Norsemen Training and Consulting Group are its own, not those of any promotional sponsor, business partner, or independent contractor.

The following  policies are regarding services provided:

Payment:  Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received three business days before the course date will result in no admittance of the person to the session. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal with the submission of a completed registration form. 

Cancellations: Under rare circumstances, sessions may be cancelled.  In these instances, refunds will be given (if requested within 7 days of cancellation) or the option to reschedule for a later date. 

Refunds: All Sales are Final. If you register for a session, you are expected to attend. Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded.

Note: Consulting  services will adhere to explicit terms in the Services Contract. 

USCCA Membership is an added benefit of your Norsemen TCG and Windrock Range Membership. You will receive an email confirmation when your USCCA Membership is activated. USCCA Membership begins no later than the following week following your signup for Norsemen TCG and Windrock Range  Membership and continues for the duration of your Norsemen TCG and Windrock Range Membership.Norsemen TCG and Windrock Range will share your personal information, including first and last name, address, phone number, and email, with the USCCA. You agree that your personal information will be subject to the terms and conditions of the USCCA Privacy Policy (www.uscca.com/privacy-policy) and that you will abide by the USCCA Membership Agreement (www.usccamemberterms.com). 

All questions regarding your USCCA Membership should be directed to USCCA Customer Engagement at 844-698-7222. 

Upon cancellation of your Norsemen TCG and Windrock Range Membership, your USCCA Membership will be cancelled. A USCCA Membership cancellation notice shall be provided to you via email by the USCCA.
