With a doctorate in Social Psychology, she applies expertise in human behavior, decision-making, and stress response to firearms safety, de-escalation, and protective services training.

David Allen has over 25 years in emergency services, including 10 years in law enforcement. He specializes in rifle, tactical, and CQB instruction.

Eric is the founder of Norsemen Training & Consulting Group, founder of Team Norsemen, and co-founder of Windrock Shooting Range. A certified firearms instructor and respected subject matter authority, he is recognized for his leadership, technical expertise, and lasting impact on the regional training community. His legacy is built on advancing safe, practical instruction and developing shooters of all experience levels. As a subject matter authority, Eric has developed professional training courses in active shooter response, business travel security, advanced law enforcement instruction, and critical incident preparedness.

Head of Team Norsemen
Originally from Wisconsin, Tony relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2016 to compete with Team Norsemen. He became Team Captain in 2018 and assumed ownership and operations in 2026, now leading a roster of 40+ competitive shooters across varied ages and skill levels. Tony has competed for over 10 years, earning 250+ division wins and 110+ high overall finishes, along with 11 National Gold, 5 National Silver, 1 National Bronze, and 1 World Silver medal. He is an SCSA Grand Master in 7 divisions, classified in all 13 Steel Challenge divisions (one of the first 100 members of Club 13), a USPSA PCC Grand Master and Club 21 member, an IDPA Master in 5 divisions, and holds top classification in all 6 Rimfire Falling Steel divisions. He competes nationally across major action shooting disciplines and serves as both a match director and firearms instructor.

Chris relocated to Tennessee more than five years ago to further immerse himself in competitive shooting. Since then, he has earned multiple match wins and now serves as a Team Norseman Captain. He competes in disciplines such as USPSA, IDPA, and Gunzerker, assists with match operations, and works as an instructor, helping others build skill, confidence, and performance.

Ethan Vagnier is a USCCA-certified, competitive shooter with a passion for civilian preparedness through mindset, equipment, and training. As Match Director at Windrock Shooting Range, his focus includes both practical and competitive shooting with an emphasis on self defense applications for the everyday person. He also has an in depth knowledge of firearm mechanical function, assembly, and operation. Born and raised in East Tennessee, Ethan is a graduate from ETSU and a father of one.

Chad is a 20+ year U.S. military veteran with a strong background in long range precision shooting. He is certified by both the NRA and USCCA as a Range Safety Officer and brings extensive experience in firearm safety and marksmanship fundamentals. A competitive shooter across multiple disciplines including Rimfire, Back Up Gun, Falling Steel, Steel Challenge, and Two Gun matches, Chad combines technical precision with a growing focus on speed and performance. His passion lies in helping shooters refine their accuracy, consistency, and confidence on the range.

William "Bill" Smith is a former law enforcement officer with 8 years of service. Beyond his public safety background, he is a competitive shooter who actively competes in a wide range of disciplines, including USPSA, Multigun, scenario‑based matches, and obstacle‑course‑style shooting competitions. Throughout his time instructing both police officers and civilian students (from foundational firearm skills to more advanced tactical training), Bill has developed a broad and effective set of teaching techniques. He focuses on building strong fundamental skills and believes that with time, practice, and proper knowledge, everyone can become a capable and confident firearms user.
